ON PLACEMENTS!
At Accomplish Healthcare Staffing Solutions, we understand the financial investment that is made with each and every hire. That is why we take great care in sourcing, vetting and presenting candidates that would fit well into your organization and culture. Once placed, we follow the placement closely for 90 days to ensure a successful transition and integration. If, for any reason, the placement does not work out, we place a new nurse in the position at your facility.
OUR 8 STEP RECRUITMENT PROCESS
STEP 1:
CREATE A CLIENT PROFILE
- Introduction call with HR, Unit Manager, CNO, CEO, Decision Maker, etc…
- Clarify needs and gather information about hospital, unit, compensation, qualifications, culture, and community
STEP 2:
PROCUREMENT OF QUALIFED CANDIDATES
- Use of data base, hospital networking, internet leads, direct mail, cold calling, and referrals
- Use of job sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Career Builder
- Search Company data bases and PCR systems
STEP 3:
SCREENING CANDIDATES
- We look for QMFR (Qualified, Motivated, Flexible, & Realistic)
- Identify candidate’s necessities and essentials
- Set expectations for communication
- Gain commitment for follow-up and resume
- Identify interview and phone dates and times
STEP 4:
PRESENTING CANDIDATES
- Re-qualify candidates
- Set expectations of recruiting process
- Present details of the opportunity and community
- Clarify candidate’s availability
- Gain commitment to move forward
- Exchange contract information
- Ask for three professional references (include at least one manager/director/supervisor)
STEP 5:
SUBMITTING CANDIDATES
- Obtain a current and presentable resume or CV
- Provide brief write-up using screening information (screen guide)
- Provide skills checklist for the specific specialty candidate is applying for work
- Check RN license on Nursys (Nursys)
- Allow candidate to apply to client’s online application
STEP 6:
INTERVIEW PREPARATIONS WITH CANDIDATE
- Coordinate phone interview, video interview, or onsite interview with client and candidate
- Arrange travel if candidate is going onsite (travel liability form, airface, hotel, rental car, etc…)
- Prepare interview and travel itinerary
- Check professional references
STEP 7:
DIRECTOR AND CLIENT CALL
- Confirm itinerary was received
- Provide interview tips and questions to candidate
- Go over motivations and requirements again
- Demonstrate how the position addresses the motivations and requirements
- Go over compensation (pre-negotiated offer)
- Discuss the candidate’s other options
- Discuss making a timely decision on an offer
- Prepare client to extend a job offer onsite
- Time to revisit any red flags that might have been missed or have come up during the interview process.
- Check professional references
